Shipping instructions
After completing the payment, we will send the goods out within 24 hours after collecting the order on working days. Pre-ordered products depend on the product replenishment time and will usually be shipped within 10-14 working days. If it takes too long to reserve a product, the customer can also apply for a refund from us within 15 working days from the date of purchase.
Shipping instructions
All goods shipped must be shipped via "SF Express". Free shipping is available throughout Hong Kong (excluding remote areas or outlying islands) when the total purchase amount in the store reaches HKD$500 or above. If the purchase amount is below HKD$499, we will charge an additional HKD$30 as a shipping subsidy, regardless of quantity and weight. If you need to ship to other countries or regions, please contact us to discuss shipping options. You can also choose to pick up the goods yourself at our Yuen Long Studio.
Exchange/Refund Policy
After receiving the goods, please check the product contents immediately. If the customer finds that the product is damaged (excluding the packaging box) within 72 hours after picking up the product, and the damage is not caused by the customer, please contact Coffee Stage as soon as possible to arrange a replacement. Reports that are overdue for 72 hours will not be accepted. You can also go to the following page to view our store's detailed exchange policy/refund policy.
Wholesale ordering/cooperation
All products are available for wholesale ordering or business cooperation. Interested friends, merchants, and coffee shops are welcome to contact us to request quotations or inquire for details.
