We operate as an online store, with most orders delivered by SF Express. We currently do not offer a public retail location, walk-in reception or customer pickup.

Online customer service

We monitor email and WhatsApp daily from 08:00 to 22:00 Hong Kong time and usually reply within 24 hours. These are online customer-service hours, not physical opening hours.
