Welcome to Coffee Stage's coffee equipment rental service. We are committed to providing high-quality, easy-to-operate coffee equipment to meet your needs. Please read the following terms and conditions of service (hereinafter referred to as "these Terms") carefully. When you choose to use the rental services provided by Coffee Stage, you agree to abide by the following conditions.

  1. Rental process: Select the required equipment on the "Coffee Equipment Rental" page of the Coffee Stage website, select the rental date on the product page and proceed to checkout. Once your order is completed, you will receive an order confirmation notification.

  2. Payment Terms When making rental payments, Coffee Stage will charge the corresponding coffee equipment deposit and fees during the rental period. After payment is completed, we will assist you in determining the pickup location. If the rental items are not large-scale equipment, you can also choose to use "SF Express" to send and receive them.

  3. Quality Assurance and Maintenance Coffee Stage promises to inspect, maintain and clean the equipment before and after each rental to ensure that the coffee equipment you rent is in the best condition. Please take good care of the rental equipment to avoid damage during use.

  4. Rental Support If you encounter any problems with the rental coffee equipment, Coffee Stage provides comprehensive customer support services. In addition, we will also produce relevant instructional videos to help you easily master the use and maintenance of the equipment.

  5. Return Policy The day before the rental period expires, Coffee Stage will remind you to prepare for the return of the equipment. You can choose to return it via "SF Express" or bring the equipment to the designated Coffee Stage Yuen Long Studio on the day the rental ends. After the equipment is inspected and is correct, the remaining deposit will be refunded within 3 to 5 working days after deducting the rental fee.

Coffee equipment rental precautions:

  • During the lease period, please take good care of the equipment. If there is any damage or loss, compensation will be based on market price.
  • Unauthorized modification or repair is strictly prohibited.
  • Equipment should be returned in its original condition and clean. Additional cleaning or repairs may incur additional charges.
  • Those who fail to return the item on time will be charged additional rent.

1. Service overview:

This service aims to provide customers with coffee equipment rental services. The rental process is as follows:

  1. Select equipment:Customers need to log in to the Coffee Stage website and select the required coffee equipment on the "Coffee Equipment Rental" page.
  2. Confirmation date: The customer selects the date and period of rental required and submits the order.
  3. Complete payment: The customer completes the payment according to the system instructions, including rent and deposit.
  4. Pickup Arrangement: After payment is confirmed, Coffee Stage will provide the customer with the pickup location and time. (Coffee Stage coffee stage does not provide same-day rental service, please Pay attention)
  5. Usage Support: If customers encounter any problems during use, Coffee Stage will provide assistance.
  6. Return equipment: The customer returns the equipment according to the agreed time, and after the Coffee Stage checks that there is no damage, If the function is normal and all accessories are complete, and the appearance is good, the deposit will be refunded within 5 days.

2. Leasing policy:

  1. Payment:Customers need to pay the rent and deposit in one lump sum. Rent is calculated based on the rental period and the deposit is fully refundable if there are no damages.

    2.2. Any extension of the lease term must be agreed in writing by both parties.
    2.3. Assume that the guest’s rental period is 3 days, from November 10, 2023 to November 13, 2023, and the guest will rent in November 2023
  3. Equipment condition and use
    3.1. Customer acknowledges receipt of rental equipment in good working order.
    3.2. Customer agrees to use the Equipment appropriately and with care and to follow any instructions for use provided by the Service Provider.
    3.3. Any damage to the equipment during the rental period will be the responsibility of the customer, who will be responsible for the cost of repair or replacement.
    3.4. When the customer picks up the equipment, we will pre-test and check the rental content to ensure the normal condition of the equipment. If you choose to hand over the equipment at the on-site "Yuen Long Studio" (near Yuen Long Park), we will Testing can be done on-site in the Studio.

    We will teach you the basics of using the equipment and provide usage suggestions. If guests have special usage requirements, we will do our best to assist in meeting the needs to ensure that every guest can enjoy a pleasant and safe usage experience.

    Please note that we will not be responsible for any additional costs, losses or liabilities resulting from the use of equipment not in accordance with our recommendations. At the same time, we reserve the right to pursue the costs incurred by equipment damage, replacement and contamination. In order to ensure a good coffee equipment rental environment, guests must abide by this.

  4. Pickup and return:Customers can choose to pick up the goods at the store or use designated courier (SF Express) to send and receive equipment. All equipment should be returned one day before the rental period expires. Additional charges will be incurred after the rental period.

  5. Equipment status:Coffee Stage promises that all rental equipment has been strictly inspected and cleaned. Customers are expected to keep equipment in good condition and clean when returning it.
  6. Shipping Policy: Please note that there is no free shipping on all Coffee Equipment Rentals.
  7. Usage Note: The use of some coffee equipment requires certain professional knowledge. The Coffee Stage only provides basic usage and operation instructions.
  8. Liability and Indemnity
    8.1. Service Provider is not responsible for any injury, damage or loss resulting from the use of rental equipment.
    8.2. Customer agrees to indemnify and hold Service Provider harmless from any claims, demands or expenses arising out of its use of the Rented Equipment.
  9. termination
    9.1.Either party may terminate this rental agreement by giving written notice to the other party.
    9.2 . Upon termination, the Customer must return the Rental Equipment to the Service Provider in good condition.
  10. Entire Agreement: This Lease Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between Customer and Service Provider, superseding any prior written or oral agreement or understanding.
  11. Applicable Law: These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of [國家/州]. 

Coffee Equipment Rental Q&A:

If the equipment is damaged, stolen, or lost during the rental period, what should be done?

If the equipment (including accessories) is damaged during the rental period, the user should notify us immediately and do not repair or modify the equipment by yourself. We will assess the damage when the equipment is returned and contact the original supplier of the equipment for inspection as soon as possible.

If repairs or parts need to be replaced, we will provide the user with proof of charge and reimburse the actual expense (including equipment transportation freight). The user needs to pay the fee according to the price or deduct it from the deposit.

The deposit originally paid will be retained and will be returned to the user after repairs or replacement parts are completed (if applicable).

The user needs to pay an equivalent amount for us to repurchase the relevant equipment. If the amount exceeds the original deposit paid, the user needs to pay an additional amount.

If the equipment gets dirty during the rental period, what should I do?

Users must properly protect equipment from contamination. If the equipment is returned and we deem it necessary to clean it, a "cleaning fee" will be deducted from the deposit.

Including but not limited to the following situations:

  • smokey
  • Mud or dirt
  • hair
  • chalk or powder
  • Sediment
  • Ink
  • tape marks
  • Or any other foreign object that must be removed from the equipment.
C. What should I do if there is unavailability or other circumstances during the rental period?
After using the equipment, if you encounter problems such as unclear connection, no power, water entering the equipment, or stopping of operation, please contact us immediately. Our colleagues on duty will provide you with appropriate assistance and record relevant matters.

All requests made during or after the return of equipment may be denied. If you want to know more, please feel free to contact us.
Can I ask someone else to pick up or return the equipment on my behalf?

Yes, we accept third parties to pick up or return equipment on your behalf, such as truck drivers or couriers. However, please apply in advance and provide the contact information of the third party. We will provide or receive the equipment only after verification.

If contact information is unavailable or incorrect, we reserve the right to refuse to provide or receive equipment.

In addition, we will not be responsible for any damage or loss of equipment during shipping, and customers must compensate for the value.

E. Where and when can equipment be picked up/returned?

Users can pick up and return equipment at our "Yuen Long Studio (near Yuen Long Park)" during the following times. The address will be clearly stated to both parties in the messaging software/Whatsapp when renting. 

Yuen Long Studio business hours:
Monday to Friday - 20:30pm - 23:00pm
Saturday to Sunday - 10:00 AM to 11:00 PM

Alternatively, settlement can be carried out at Central Station/Yuen Long Station at designated times:
Central Station: Monday to Friday - (15:00 / 19:10)
Yuen Long Station: Monday to Friday - (20:00) / Saturday to Sunday - (12:00 / 18:00)

Guests can also use SF Express/Gogovan/Lalamove as delivery equipment.

Any changes to the above delivery times must be notified at least 48 hours before the rental period.
If you need to cancel the rental of coffee materials, please also notify us 48 hours before the rental date.
If the return is delayed by more than 8 hours, it will be counted as an additional day.

This clause applies toRental Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of[國家/州/區]. Any dispute should be negotiated amicably first; if the negotiation cannot be resolved, it will be submitted to the leased area[國家/州/區]Court processing.

Coffee Stage Coffee Stage reserves the right to change these Terms at any time. Any modifications to the terms will be announced on this website and will take effect immediately. Your continued use of the Services will be deemed your acceptance of the changed Terms. Please check the latest terms regularly.
