Delivery to Hong Kong and Macau

Standard orders are delivered by SF Express; delivery for certain coffee machines shipped directly by the distributor is arranged according to the relevant product page and order confirmation.

Hong Kong

  • Merchandise subtotal of HK$500 or more: free basic delivery; at Coffee Stage, we also cover applicable Hong Kong remote-area delivery/collection surcharges.
  • Merchandise subtotal below HK$500: at checkout, choose “SF Express Freight Collect | Pay on Receipt” or “SF Express | Prepay on Our Website”. For freight collect, our website displays a shipping charge of HK$0; SF Express collects the actual shipping charge from the recipient based on the shipment’s chargeable weight.

Macau

  • Merchandise subtotal of HK$500 or more: free basic delivery.

Shipping Prepaid on Our Website

Shipping prepaid on our website is calculated using the SF Express sender-paid rates shown at checkout and the shipment’s chargeable weight. SF Express uses the greater of actual weight and volumetric weight (length × width × height in centimetres ÷ 6,000) as the chargeable weight; chargeable weight of 5 kg or less is calculated in 0.5 kg increments, and chargeable weight above 5 kg in 1 kg increments. Final charges are determined by the SF Express system.

Where applicable, charges for carrying goods on stairs, special warehouse delivery, special handling, rerouting or other services outside basic delivery may need to be confirmed separately.
