Refund policy

  1. 收到貨品後，請立即檢查商品內容。如客人在提取貨品後72小時內發現商品損壞（不包括包裝盒），且該損壞非由顧客造成，請盡快聯絡Coffee Stage 咖啡舞台安排換貨。逾期72小時後的報告恕不受理。您也可以前往以下頁面查看本店詳細的換貨政策/退款政策。
  2. Coffee Stage 咖啡舞台 僅提供瑕疵商品七天內換貨服務(商品取貨當天起算，如陶瓷製品則因燒製，無法避免每個產品均一樣顏色、紋理等，每個陶瓷製產品均為獨一無二，除非是缺憾性問題如：崩、產品碎裂等才方可作出更換）
  3. 若無特殊原因及事先告知，商品送達超過七天恕不提供瑕疵換貨服務。
  4. 換貨請保持商品完好，無拆封痕跡憾。
  5. 請您維持商品之全新狀態，並請確保主要商品、使用手冊、註冊回函、週邊零件、發票、相關配件等均無任何遺漏，連同原來的包裝一併退回，以便Coffee Stage 咖啡舞台為您處理退款事宜。
  6. 若產品發生因不當使用、拆卸等人為因素所致之故障、損毀、磨損、擦傷、刮傷、髒污、包裝破損不完整之情況，導致無法完整退回本公司時，Coffee Stage 咖啡舞台將不接受售出之產品退款/換貨。

Hong Kong orders: returns and exchanges for defects

This section applies only to orders delivered in Hong Kong. If it conflicts with another part of this policy, this section applies to Hong Kong orders.

  • The defective-return window for Hong Kong orders is 7 days from receipt. We do not accept change-of-mind returns. For a defect in a general product, contact us within 3 days of receipt. For a non-customer-caused fault in an electronic product under normal use, contact us within 7 days of receipt.
  • Once we confirm a product-quality issue, we can arrange a return for a refund or an exchange as appropriate, even if the item has been opened or a non-customer-caused fault in an electronic product was found after normal use. Our existing exchange arrangements remain available. In all other cases, the item must remain new.
  • The customer must arrange the return shipment according to our instructions. We will cover the return shipping cost for a confirmed product-quality issue.
  • We will process the refund within 7 calendar days after we receive and verify the returned item. The time taken for the funds to reach your account depends on the payment provider.
  • Faults or damage caused by misuse, disassembly or other customer actions are not covered. To help us verify the issue, please return the product together with its manual, parts, accessories, invoice and original packaging, where available.
  • To the extent permitted by applicable law, Coffee Stage reserves the right to make the final decision on return, refund and exchange requests. This clause does not affect consumers' statutory rights.
