The hidden experience of Hong Kong Ramen
I firmly believe that many Hong Kong people like to eat ramen, and I am no exception. In my impression, eating ramen in Hong Kong is almost the same as eating ramen. If you go to a cafe, the chance of eating ramen is 50%. I think this is ramen. It is more than 95%. A lot of the time, the noodles are defective, and the soup base only contains MSG "instant MSG". So every time a friend invites me to go out and it's better to eat ramen, I will stop and think for 5 seconds before using it again. 10 seconds to type "You have a good time and avoid the lurking crisis.
Finally Found Ramen Good Shop - Wa-Ramen
So when I stumbled upon this place, I was pleasantly surprised. Finally, there was a ramen shop. The ramen was not only normal, it was delicious! The taste is balanced, the soup base blends into the noodles, but it doesn't overpower the flavor of the noodles. It's rich and the proportions are just right in my opinion. I've been here a few times and I'm actually more satisfied with it. Each time, it's the lobster soup ramen (it has regular/lobster version). The taste is almost the same, except for the extra lobster, but I think the price of both is worth it. , at least personally I have returned a few times, and I think of it every time I eat ramen. I don’t know how to write too many food reviews. I don’t know what other ramen flavors there are. It might be better to experience and research by yourself. However, if it comes to lobster soup ramen, at this price, I will definitely choose it. It’s not too strong and not too spicy. Thin body, just right.

Small sharing
And if you enter this shop, you may find a lot of surprises. It turns out that sometimes some children will draw pictures here, and then it will be like going back to school to post pictures in the place designated by the store. They are very proud of it. Originally, I thought about sharing the photo on IG Story, but I thought it was worth sharing in a post, because the story will only be completed that day, and I hope other people who like to eat ramen can see it in the future.
BTW, there is actually a restaurant in Tai Wai that was not opened before and I think it is worth sharing with everyone. It seems to be called "Yu Dou Hakata Ramen House", but it has been opened 5-8 years ago. I think it is good food, but I heard that It got worse and worse, so I decided to stick to it so that I could catch his crab king ramen. It's such a rare treatment. If I have the chance, I will try to make a video to recreate it (but the chance of success is really slim... It may take until I become an adult. It’s too complicated. PS: Yanyan is really delicious when it comes out.)
