Shipping instructions
After completing the payment, we will send the goods out within 24 hours after collecting the order on working days. Pre-ordered products depend on the product replenishment time and will usually be shipped within 10-14 working days. If it takes too long to reserve a product, the customer can also apply for a refund from us within 15 working days from the date of purchase.
Shipping instructions
All goods shipped must be shipped via "SF Express". Free shipping is available throughout Hong Kong (excluding remote areas or outlying islands) when the total purchase amount in the store reaches HKD$500 or above. If the purchase amount is below HKD$499, we will charge an additional HKD$30 as a shipping subsidy, regardless of quantity and weight. Exchange/Refund Policy
