Coffee cultivation here dates back to the 19th century introduced by Dutch colonists. Mandheling coffee is named after the Mandailing region in northern Sumatera, known for its unique wet hulling processing method.

PWN Golden Mandheling coffee is renowned for its tobacco, spice, and chocolate notes, derived from the wet hulling process. This method allows the coffee beans to retain some pulp, enhancing the richness and depth of flavor. Wet hulling involves hulling the coffee beans at 30-40% moisture content and then sun-drying them.

Coffee Grade

PWN Golden Mandheling G1 Grade 18 coffee beans undergo four screenings, including three manual and one mechanical, ensuring high quality and purity. These beans are typically grown at elevations between 1200 to 1400 meters, providing ideal climate and soil conditions.

    Shipping instructions

    After completing the payment, we will send the goods out within 24 hours after collecting the order on working days. Pre-ordered products depend on the product replenishment time and will usually be shipped within 10-14 working days. If it takes too long to reserve a product, the customer can also apply for a refund from us within 15 working days from the date of purchase.

    All goods shipped must be shipped via "SF Express". Free shipping is available throughout Hong Kong (excluding remote areas or outlying islands) when the total purchase amount in the store reaches HKD$500 or above. If the purchase amount is below HKD$499, we will charge an additional HKD$30 as a shipping subsidy, regardless of quantity and weight. If you need to ship to other countries or regions, please contact us to discuss shipping options. You can also choose to pick up the goods yourself at our Yuen Long Studio.

    Exchange/Refund Policy

    After receiving the goods, please check the product contents immediately. If the customer finds that the product is damaged (excluding the packaging box) within 72 hours after picking up the product, and the damage is not caused by the customer, please contact Coffee Stage as soon as possible to arrange a replacement.
