Cu Kettle 以銅壺身配細長壺嘴，提供 600、700 與 900mL 三種滿水容量。三款均為日本製；600mL 適合較少量的注水流程，900mL 留出較多裝水空間，700mL 置於兩者之間。滿水容量是壺身上限，實際使用仍須預留空間。

900mL 款本體重量為 510g。三款的滿水容量與壺底接觸面不同，可按每次注水量和使用空間選擇。

使用與保養

700 與 900mL 款的官方標示是手沖專用。裝水量維持約七至八分，可減少溢出。以另行煮沸的熱水作手沖；加熱前請依隨附說明核對適用熱源。

銅壺內側與水、熱水及咖啡液接觸的位置有鍍層。若出現綠青，可用等量醋與鹽配合柔軟布或海綿清除，再以中性餐具洗潔劑洗淨，最後充分乾燥。

I’ve been using this sharing cup for my single-origin filter coffee, and it has genuinely enhanced the drinking experience. The wide, flared shape seems to concentrate and amplify the coffee’s aroma, making each sip more expressive. I also find that the coffee tastes noticeably sweeter, with better clarity and balance.

The deep blue glaze is beautiful and gives the cup a handcrafted, premium feel. It’s comfortable to hold, and the size is just right for enjoying a carefully brewed cup of coffee.
