The Sidamo region is located on the Rift Valley highlands, with fertile soil and an altitude ranging from 1550 to 2200 meters, making it an ideal climate for coffee trees. Coffee here is mainly grown by small farmers, and each farmer's coffee is sent to the local processing station for handling. These stations are usually managed by experienced professionals to ensure the quality and flavor of the coffee.

Production and Processing Method

This coffee is processed using traditional washed methods. The coffee cherries are filtered through high-pressure water to remove the skin and pulp, then fermented in tanks for about a day. After fermentation, the beans are washed clean and sun-dried, finally removing any remaining pulp.
