Shipping Information
After completing the payment, we will ship the goods within 24 hours on the next working day after receiving the order. Pre-ordered products will be shipped based on the restocking time of the product, usually within 10-14 working days. If the pre-order product takes too long, customers can also apply for a refund within 15 working days from the purchase date.
Shipping Notice
All shipped goods are selected via 'SF Express'. Free shipping across Hong Kong for total store purchases of HKD$500 or more (excluding remote areas or outlying islands).
