Design

Although there are many similar products on the market, we have fully optimized the material selection and process to bring you a higher quality product experience.

Ordinary PLA materials are mostly used in general 3D printing products, but such materials will have obvious lamination during the FDM printing process, and it is easy to cause unstable quality during mass production. For example, different batches of products may have problems such as uneven lines and cracked corners. In addition, after a period of use, this type of material will cause the bent of the stent due to thermal deformation, especially the weak parts, which will affect the stability and durability.

To solve these problems, we chose a high-rigidity PLA carbon fiber material, and through countless tests and optimized print data, we ensure that each product meets the exact quality standards (within 3% of the difference). At the same time, we adopt strict production SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures) to ensure that every product in mass production is consistent with the design, without worrying about lamination, deformation or structural instability.

Drawer design

The selection of drawer slides was a major challenge in our design process. After 50-60 times of repeated use, ordinary 3D printed drawers are prone to jamming or unsmoothness, and even debris due to wear and tear, which affects the tidiness of the home environment.

That's why we've added a special drawer Special metal slides, even after long-term use, it can maintain a smooth and smooth opening and closing experience. In addition, the stability and durability of metal slides are much higher than those of 3D printing materials, reducing the frequency of replacement and making you more worry-free. At the same time, after many tests, we have selected the rare small stability slides on the market, which can ensure the stability and smoothness of the drawer even in a limited space. While this significantly increases costs, we strongly believe thatDurability and detail are the keys to a truly great product。

Easy to extract

Similar designs on the market usually use a low leg design to reduce costs, which makes it difficult to remove the electronic scale stored underneath. To solve this problem, we have made the following optimizations:

• Adjustable storage feet: Adjust the height according to different needs to meet the needs of multiple scenarios.
• Expand access: We have specially increased the access space of the electronic scale below to ensure that it can be easily picked up with one hand when using, which improves the convenience of daily use.

Precautions for use

1. Cleaning recommendations
   Since this product is made using the 3D FDM printing process, please avoid using hot water to clean it to avoid thermal deformation of the material due to high temperature. It is recommended to use a soft, slightly damp cloth to wipe gently to keep the product clean and durable.

2. Connection location prompts
   Due to the characteristics of 3D printing technology, there may be a small number of joints on the back of this product, which is normal and does not affect the use or aesthetics of the product.
