Baoshan District in Yunnan Province is renowned for its high-quality coffee. The history of coffee cultivation here dates back to 1952, making it China's first large-scale coffee cultivation area. Baoshan District is located on a low-latitude plateau with a unique three-dimensional climate, “a mountain with four seasons, different weather every ten miles,” making it very suitable for coffee cultivation.

This coffee has distinct flavors of orange, black tea, and green apple, with moderate acidity and a rich and layered mouthfeel. The anaerobic washed processing method gives these flavor characteristics, making it highly regarded in both domestic and international markets.

Catimor 14A is a hybrid of Timor and Caturra varieties, known for its disease resistance and high yield, making it very suitable for planting in lower altitude areas. The anaerobic washed processing method first ferments the coffee cherries in a sealed environment anaerobically, then processes them in water, giving the coffee a fresh flavor and clean mouthfeel.
