Chuanyuan Story

Yunnan Province's Baoshan area is renowned for its high-quality coffee, especially under the influence of the Gaoligong Mountains. The soil and climate conditions here are very suitable for coffee growth. The Lujiangba in Baoshan area is located at the foot of the Gaoligong Mountains, where there is a unique dry-hot river valley climate, distinct seasons, which helps in the accumulation of dry matter in coffee, making it richer in protein, fiber, and sugar content, while having lower caffeine content.

Coffee Variety and Processing

Catimor 14A is a coffee variety hybridized from Arabica and Robusta, suitable for planting at lower altitudes, with advantages of disease resistance and high yield. The washed processing method can better preserve the coffee's flavor, giving it a bright acidity and clean mouthfeel.

Unique Flavor

This coffee has flavors of oolong tea and jasmine, with a pleasant aroma, balanced acidity, and a rich, smooth mouthfeel. These characteristics make the coffee from Yunnan's Baoshan highly praised in both domestic and international markets, especially in Europe and the United States.
