Coffee equipment rental process
1. Choose first
Dear coffee lovers, you can select the desired coffee equipment on the 'Coffee Equipment Rental' page, choose the required date on the product page, and make a payment after selection is complete. Wait for the confirmation notice.
2. Pay attention when paying
When making a payment, we will collect the deposit and rental period fees for the 'coffee equipment.' After receiving the relevant fees, we will notify the recipient to choose the 'pick-up location.' Rest assured, the rental period will only start counting when the customer successfully receives the coffee equipment.
Of course, if it's not a large coffee equipment, we can also choose 'SF Express' for more convenient coordination of mutual time.
3. Ensure quality, each product is inspected and cleaned first
We understand that when renting coffee equipment, there may be concerns about previous users damaging the equipment, receiving broken or dirty equipment, etc.
Therefore, after each transaction, we strive to perform daily equipment inspections, maintenance, and cleaning to ensure that when it reaches the customer's hands, it is in the best possible condition.
Therefore, we also ask coffee lovers to cherish the equipment. Although it's a rental, please do not use it violently... because we also use it ourselves!!!
4. Don't understand how to use it? Have questions?
We understand that for the first time encountering coffee equipment, you may not necessarily know how to use it. Therefore, during the rental period, we will do our best to answer all your questions.
After all, the original intention of 'coffee equipment rental' is to promote and expand the coffee circle and culture. Of course, for some equipment, we will also slowly start shooting teaching videos, from receiving coffee equipment to usage and cleaning, trying to record complete explanations, hoping to answer customer questions as much as possible.
5. Return
One day before the rental period ends, we will send a message to warmly remind the customer to start preparing for collection.
Customers can choose 'SF Express' or 'On the last day of the rental period, go to the designated location Yuanlang Studio for collection by appointment.'
After collection, we will confirm within 3 to 5 days that the 'coffee equipment' is operating normally. After confirming there are no issues, we will deduct the rental fee and return the deposit.
