    Sumatra Island is a world-renowned volcanic island, the minerals brought by the volcano make the soil very fertile, suitable for the growth of coffee trees. Sumatra Island is located in Indonesia and is one of the globally recognized coffee-producing regions. The coffee planting history here can be traced back to the 19th century, introduced by Dutch colonists. Mandheling coffee is named after the Mandailing region in the north of Sumatra, famous for its unique wet hulling processing method.

    Unique Flavor and Characteristics

    PWN Golden Mandheling coffee is known for its flavors of tobacco, spices, and chocolate, which are attributed to the wet hulling process. This processing method allows the coffee beans to retain part of the fruit pulp, making the flavor richer and more profound. The characteristic of wet hulling is to hull the coffee beans when they contain 30-40% moisture and then sun-dry them.

    PWN Golden Mandheling G1 Grade 18 coffee beans undergo four rounds of selection, including three manual selections and one mechanical selection, ensuring high quality and purity.     After completing the payment, we will ship the goods within 24 hours on the next working day after receiving the order. Pre-ordered products will be shipped based on the restocking time of the product, usually within 10-14 working days. If the pre-order product takes too long, customers can also apply for a refund within 15 working days from the purchase date.

    Shipping Notice

    All shipped goods are selected via 'SF Express'. Free shipping across Hong Kong for total store purchases of HKD$500 or more (excluding remote areas or outlying islands). If the purchase amount is less than HKD$499, we will charge an additional HKD$30 as shipping fee, regardless of quantity or weight. If you need to ship to other countries or regions, please contact us to discuss shipping methods. You can also choose to pick up the goods yourself at our Yuanlang Studio.

    Exchange/Refund Policy

    After receiving the goods, please check the contents of the product immediately. If the customer finds any product damage (excluding packaging boxes) within 72 hours after receiving the goods, and the damage is not caused by the customer, please contact Coffee Stage as soon as possible to arrange for an exchange.
