9Barista Espresso Machine Overview:
The 9Barista has no electronics and only one moving part. Using a patented system, the 9Barista is designed to produce espresso under controlled pressure and temperature. At its centre is a dual-boiler system: one boiler establishes brewing pressure while the second regulates brewing temperature.
The high-pressure boiler is heated on a stovetop to 179ºC, raising the internal pressure to 9BAR. At 9BAR, a spring valve opens and water flows into a coiled heat exchanger. As the pressurised water passes through the coil, it cools from 179ºC to 100ºC while remaining at 9 bar. A finned heat exchanger then cools it further to 93ºC before it passes through the coffee bed to produce espresso with a layer of crema.
9Barista Espresso Machine Features:
- Controlled espresso brewing: The patented system is designed to create espresso under repeatable pressure and temperature conditions.
- Dual-boiler system: One boiler establishes brewing pressure and the other regulates temperature, separating the two functions.
- Quick preparation: Espresso can be prepared from cold in approximately 3 to 5 minutes.
- Simple mechanical design: The 9Barista uses no electronic components and has only one moving part, keeping operation direct.
How to Use the 9Barista Espresso Machine:
The 9Barista consists of a base, central water chamber and upper section. Add approximately 110-120ml of cold water to the lower chamber, then heat it to 179°C so pressure rises to 9bar. The release valve then allows water to enter the coiled heat exchanger, where it cools to around 100°C. It passes through the heat sink and reaches the recommended 93°C while maintaining 9bar of pressure before moving through the coffee puck. Follow the manufacturer's assembly, filling and heating instructions.

Delivery needs to be informed
After payment is completed, we will deliver the item within 24 hours of the order collected on the working day. The product booking depends on the product replenishment time and is usually sent within 10-14 working days. If the product is booked for too long, guests can also apply for a refund from us within 15 working days from the date of purchase.
Delivery information
All shipments are sent to "SF Express". Free shipping in Hong Kong (excluding remote areas or offshore islands) is allowed if the entire store spends an amount of HKD$500 or above. If the consumption amount is less than HKD$499, we will charge an additional HKD$30 as a shipping fee subsidy, without limiting quantity and weight. If you need to send it to another country or region, please contact us to discuss shipping methods. You can also choose to collect your goods from our Yuen Long Studio.
Exchange/refund policy
After receiving the goods, please check the contents of the goods immediately. If the customer finds the product damaged (excluding the packaging box) within 72 hours after the product is collected, and the damage is not caused by the customer, please contact the Coffee Stage as soon as possible to arrange the replacement. Reports after 72 hours of delay will not be accepted. You can also go to the following page to view the detailed exchange policy/refund policy of our store.
