Ana Sora Dorothy is a renowned coffee estate located in the Guji region of Ethiopia, owned by second-generation coffee farmer Israel Degfa. Established in 2013, the farm is situated at an altitude of 1900 to 2350 meters, allowing the coffee cherries to mature slowly and develop extremely complex flavors.

Ana Sora Farm cultivates many local wild varieties of Ethiopia and primarily uses natural processing methods. The coffee here is known for its bright acidity and rich fruity flavors, often with hints of strawberry, vanilla, peach, and almond sugar. The farm is also dedicated to supporting local small farmers, helping them improve agricultural practices and providing financial incentives based on quality.

The farm covers an area of 250 hectares and employs 22 permanent staff and 110 seasonal workers during the harvest season. Features and Flavor

This coffee undergoes a special enzyme washed process, fermenting in water with a pH of 8.5 for 24 to 48 hours, followed by washing. This processing method gives the coffee unique flavor characteristics, including aromas of lemon, peach, plum, and oolong tea. These flavors give the coffee a distinct acidity and rich fruity taste, providing a fresh and complex mouthfeel.
