Because of the persistence and complex craftsmanship of all man-made products, we are temporarily unable to mass-produce and stock. Each Sharing Cup represents the investment of time and mental strength. More importantly, as the first ceramic product designed and manufactured in Hong Kong by Coffee Stage, we insist on handling most of the processes at home without asking outside the outside world to ensure that every thought can be implemented throughout the whole process.

From material preparation, manual shaping, waiting for the clay material to naturally stabilize, and undergoing at least two high-temperature kiln firing (800°C and >1000°C), to the final inspection and detailed post-processing - we need time to wait patiently and operate carefully in every step. This persistence in quality means that we cannot produce quickly.

Therefore, limited pre-sale is not only our commitment to quality, but also reflects the time required for Hong Kong local and careful production. The estimated shipment time is approximately 2 to 3 months from the time you place your order. We firmly believe that this carefully prepared wait for you will be worth it. 1. About the characteristics of handmade ceramics: Our Sharing Cup is crafted all handmade. During multiple processes and high-temperature firing, ceramic products will inevitably naturally occur such as fine concave and bumps, pinholes, uneven glaze color, fine glaze cracks (ice cracks, non-structural cracks), or natural glaze flow (such as the water droplets you mentioned). These are the normal performance and unique imprints of the hand-made ceramic process, not quality defects, nor do they affect the overall beauty and safe use of the product. Every piece is unique because of this.
   
   
2. About special glazes: The fluidity of a specific glaze at high temperatures will form an unpredictable and unique water droplet or flowing glaze effect, which is part of its design charm. The glaze surface may also be under different lights, and the light refraction shows subtle color changes.
   
   
3. About use and maintenance: Ceramic products are fragile products, please treat them gently. During use, be careful to avoid bumps, impacts or falling from high places to avoid damage.
