Niche Duo — Design and Materials
The Niche Duo combines an aluminium-alloy body with natural-oak details for a solid, modern appearance. Its 83mm flat burrs are designed for efficient grinding across settings from fine espresso to coarser French-press preparation. Results depend on the installed burr set, calibration, coffee and technique.
Two Burr Sets for Different Brewing Styles
The interchangeable-burr concept lets users choose a burr set oriented towards fine, even espresso grinding or another suited to coarser, even filter grinding. Confirm which burr set is included with the selected package.
Precise Adjustment and Low-retention Design
The Niche Duo's stepless adjustment dial enables close control from fine espresso to coarser French-press settings. Its straight-through path is designed for near-zero retention, helping limit carry-over between doses. Actual retention and cup results vary with the burr set, coffee, setting, static and cleaning routine.
Low-noise, Efficient Operation
The Niche Duo is listed at 72dB during grinding, making it suitable for many home settings. Its listed speed of 1 g per second supports an efficient day-to-day workflow.

Delivery needs to be informed
After payment is completed, we will deliver the item within 24 hours of the order collected on the working day. The product booking depends on the product replenishment time and is usually sent within 10-14 working days. If the product is booked for too long, guests can also apply for a refund from us within 15 working days from the date of purchase.
Shipping Information
All shipments are sent to "SF Express". Free shipping in Hong Kong (excluding remote areas or offshore islands) is allowed if the entire store spends an amount of HKD$500 or above. If the consumption amount is less than HKD$499, we will charge an additional HKD$30 as a shipping fee subsidy, without limiting quantity and weight. If you need to send it to another country or region, please contact us to discuss shipping methods. You can also choose to collect your goods from our Yuen Long Studio.
Exchange & Refund Policy
After receiving the goods, please check the contents of the goods immediately. If the customer finds the product damaged (excluding the packaging box) within 72 hours after the product is collected, and the damage is not caused by the customer, please contact the Coffee Stage as soon as possible to arrange the replacement. Reports after 72 hours of delay will not be accepted. You can also go to the following page to view the detailed exchange policy/refund policy of our store.
