What the Pour-over Set Includes
The earlier video shows everything inside: a temperature-control pour-over kettle, dripper, server, the all-important grinder, small espresso cups, filter papers and a cleaning brush. Apart from coffee beans, the set includes virtually everything needed to begin. For a price in the mid-HK$2000 range, the package is competitively positioned; buying the pieces separately could cost about the same.
Good Value and Enjoyable to Use
After about a week of use, the set has performed acceptably with no real complaints. The presentation gives the routine a welcome sense of occasion, and the overall quality feels good for the price. A slightly larger grip on the grinder handle would improve comfort; the current one feels small and takes more effort to turn compared with the C40. Beyond that, there is little unusual to flag.
The appearance is good, and the scale is responsive enough for this price. We once bought a scale that automatically reset within 3 seconds whenever it sensed pressure, turning every dose and pour into a race against time. At this point, a normal, functional scale is more than welcome.
