Appearance design

Although there are many similar products on the market, we have comprehensively optimized material selection and process to bring you a higher quality product experience.

General 3D printing products mostly use ordinary PLA materials, but this type of material will have obvious lamination during FDM printing, and it is easy to cause unstable quality during mass production. For example, different batches of products may have problems such as uneven lines and cracked edges and corners. In addition, after using this material for a period of time, the bracket will be bent due to thermal deformation, especially in weak areas, which will affect stability and durability.

To solve these problems, we chose high-rigid PLA carbon fiber materials and through countless tests and optimized print data, ensuring that each product meets accurate quality standards (within 3% of the difference). At the same time, we adopt a rigorous production SOP (standard operating procedures) to ensure that every product in mass production is consistent with the design without worrying about layering, deformation or structural instability.

Durability and stability

Compared with many cost-reducing designs on the market, we pay more attention to the long-term use experience of the product.

• Improve thermal deformation resistance design: Ordinary PLA materials are prone to deformation after long-term use, while our PLA carbon fiber materials effectively improve the rigidity and durability of the PLA brackets, ensuring that the product remains stable in daily use.
• Exquisite work: We carefully polish every detail, whether it is material selection or process optimization, we strive to provide a product that combines practicality and durability.

Drawer design

The selection of drawer slides is a major challenge in our design process. After repeated use of ordinary 3D printing drawers for 50-60 times, they are prone to lag or non-smoothing, and even cause debris due to wear and tear, affecting the tidyness of the home environment.

Therefore, we added it specifically to the drawer Special metal slide rail, can maintain a smooth and smooth opening and closing experience even if used for a long time. In addition, the stability and durability of metal slides are much higher than that of 3D printing materials, reducing the replacement frequency and making you more worry-free to use. At the same time, after many tests, we have selected rare small stable slides on the market, which can ensure the stability and smoothness of the drawer even in a limited space. Although this greatly increases costs, we firmly believe thatDurability and detailed design are the key to a truly excellent product。

Convenient extraction

Similar designs on the market usually use short-leg designs to reduce costs, making it difficult to remove the electronic pounds stored below. To solve this problem, we have made the following optimizations:

• Features adjustable storage feet: Adjust the height according to different needs to meet the usage needs of multiple scenarios.
• Expand the access scope: We have specially increased the access space of the electronic pound below to ensure that it can be easily extracted when used, and improve the convenience of daily use.

Notes on using

1. Cleaning advice
   Since this product is made using 3D FDM printing process, please avoid using hot water to avoid thermal deformation of the material due to high temperatures. It is recommended to use a slightly damp soft cloth to gently wipe it to keep the product clean and durable.

2. Connection location prompts
   Due to the characteristics of 3D printing technology, there may be a small number of connection marks on the back of this product, which is a normal phenomenon and does not affect the use or the beauty of the product.
