Coffee Stage's first in-house product — Kettle Organiser for Fellow Stagg EKG Pro/Studio
Our first in-house design was developed to organise a home coffee setup. The range uses carbon-fibre-filled PLA for increased rigidity and a textured finish. This is an independent Coffee Stage accessory and is not described as a Fellow-manufactured product.
Purpose-Built Coffee Storage
The organiser uses the space beneath a compatible kettle for small tools, beans or a compact scale. Measure the available space and confirm equipment dimensions before ordering.
Design priorities:
- Space Use: Adds storage beneath the kettle for a compact home or office coffee corner.
- Model-Specific Fit: The form is intended for selected Fellow Stagg EKG Pro setups. The title also references Studio; verify the exact kettle base and organiser version before purchase.
100% Designed and Made in Hong Kong
This is our first product to complete design, refinement and production in Hong Kong . It is a practical organiser for home or office use; appearance and layer texture reflect the FDM process.
Unlike an unmodified 3D-printed design, this organiser has been iterated around the intended kettle and storage workflow. Fit and finish still vary slightly with additive manufacturing.
The series is available in Stand Basic and Stand Air versions:
Stand Basic kettle organiser for Fellow Stagg EKG Pro:
Stand Basic includes a drawer for small coffee tools or coffee beans. Confirm load, dimensions and food-storage suitability before use.
- Larger Lower Storage Area: The lower area can accommodate selected scales such as Fellow Tally Pro or Acaia Pearl, subject to exact dimensions. It offers a larger access opening than Stand Air.
- Practical, Restrained Form: A simple layout intended for home, office or café coffee corners.
Stand Air kettle organiser for Fellow Stagg EKG Pro:
Stand Air is the lighter, lower-material version.
- Lightweight Structure: The upper level supports a compatible Fellow Stagg EKG Pro kettle; the lower level holds selected compact coffee scales.
- Lower-Material Option: Stand Air removes some support material used by Stand Basic. Choose according to storage needs and verify current load guidance rather than assuming identical strength.
- Simple and Functional: A lighter organiser for everyday use where a drawer is not required.
Design and Production
Surface and Form
Material, print settings and quality checks were refined for the intended fit. FDM layer lines remain a normal part of the finish.
Conventional 3D-printed PLA parts can show visible layer lines and may vary between runs. Heat, loading and print orientation can also affect deformation and strength.
We use rigid carbon-fibre-filled PLA and a controlled production SOP. The source states a dimensional target within 3%; this is a production target, not a guarantee that every visible layer line or deformation is absent.
Durability and Stability
The design prioritises stable everyday use while keeping the limitations of printed PLA in mind.
- Improved Resistance to Heat Deformation: Carbon-fibre-filled PLA increases rigidity compared with the plain PLA reference used in development. Keep it away from hot water, direct heat and loads beyond current guidance.
- Detail Refinement: Material choice, print data and finishing were iterated to balance storage function and durability.
Drawer Design
A conventional 3D-printed drawer may begin to bind after roughly 50–60 cycles in the source test conditions. This is an internal comparison, not a universal lifespan claim.
For this reason, the drawer uses custom metal slides. Metal slides reduce printed-on-printed wear compared with the 3D reference design. Smoothness still depends on load, alignment, debris and maintenance. Durability comes from both material choice and detail design.
Easy Access
The stand uses a raised lower area so compatible scales are easier to reach than in a low-clearance reference design.
- Adjustable Feet: Adjust height only within the supplied configuration and keep the stand level.
- Larger Access Opening: The lower opening is enlarged so a compatible scale can be removed more easily with one hand.
Important Use Notes

Cleaning
Because the product is made with 3D FDM printing, do not clean it with hot water. Wipe gently with a slightly damp soft cloth and keep it away from direct heat. -
Seam Marks
Small seam marks may appear on the back because of the 3D printing process. They are a normal manufacturing characteristic; inspect any mark that affects fit or stability. -
Compatibility
This organiser is designed for selected Fellow Stagg EKG Pro kettle setups and is not compatible with early Stagg EKG models. The product title also references Studio, so confirm the exact base dimensions and current compatibility list before purchase.
We plan to apply the experience from this project to future locally made coffee accessories.

FAQs
Delivery needs to be informed
After payment is completed, we will deliver the item within 24 hours of the order collected on the working day. The product booking depends on the product replenishment time and is usually sent within 10-14 working days. If the product is booked for too long, guests can also apply for a refund from us within 15 working days from the date of purchase.
Shipping Information
All shipments are sent to "SF Express". Free shipping in Hong Kong (excluding remote areas or offshore islands) is allowed if the entire store spends an amount of HKD$500 or above. If the consumption amount is less than HKD$499, we will charge an additional HKD$30 as a shipping fee subsidy, without limiting quantity and weight. If you need to send it to another country or region, please contact us to discuss shipping methods. You can also choose to collect your goods from our Yuen Long Studio.
Exchange & Refund Policy
After receiving the goods, please check the contents of the goods immediately. If the customer finds the product damaged (excluding the packaging box) within 72 hours after the product is collected, and the damage is not caused by the customer, please contact the Coffee Stage as soon as possible to arrange the replacement.
