Bialetti Induction Plate 13cm provides a heat-transfer interface between an induction hob and traditional aluminium-alloy moka pots. It suits Bialetti 1 to 6-cup aluminium-alloy moka pots. The handle makes the plate easier to move and store, giving aluminium pots that cannot be detected directly by induction another way to brew.

Use, Cleaning & Safety

How to Use

1. Place the adapter plate flat on a clean, dry induction hob.
2. Place the moka pot, correctly filled and locked, in the centre of the plate.
3. Begin heating at medium power and adjust the heat according to the moka pot's brewing state.
4. Turn off the hob when brewing is complete; let the plate cool before handling or cleaning.

Cleaning & Care

Let everything cool completely, then clean with a soft damp cloth or mild detergent and dry before storage. Avoid rough brushes and do not expose a hot plate to cold water.

Notes

• Do not preheat the plate empty; use it together with a prepared moka pot.
• The plate and handle area may remain hot during and immediately after use. Do not touch them with bare hands.
• Follow the original instructions for the induction hob and moka pot. The adapter plate does not make every cookware item fully compatible automatically.
