Product overview

The HARIO V60 Outdoor metal hand grinder O-VMM-1-HSV lets you bring coffee beans to camp and grind as needed. It combines ceramic burrs with a stainless steel exterior, and its ground-coffee container holds 17 g. Detach the handle and secure it to the silicone band at the side for storage.

Grind small batches and adjust the size

A grind-adjustment knob underneath the grinder lets you set the grind for pour-over coffee. Test a small amount of beans, check the grounds and brewing speed, then fine-tune. Grind in batches when making coffee for several people.

The ceramic burrs can be removed for cleaning, so care should be handled by component. The metal exterior, internal shaft parts and burrs use different materials. Let each part dry completely before storing.

Turn the handle to grind, then stow it along the body

The hand-operated mechanism lets you grind at the table: ceramic burrs grind the beans, and the grounds fall into the removable container below, ready to tip into the dripper. After use, detach the handle and secure it to the side band. The long handle then sits along the body for packing into your equipment bag.

Use and cleaning

Adjusting grind size

  1. Attach the handle and hold its centre firmly to keep the central shaft still.
  2. Turn the adjustment knob underneath: right / clockwise makes the grind finer; left / counterclockwise makes it coarser.
  3. Grind a small amount first, then adjust to the pour-over flow rate and taste. If water drains too slowly, try a coarser grind; if the brewed coffee tastes weak, try a finer grind.
  4. Hold the body securely and turn the handle so the grounds fall into the container below. Remove the container to use the grounds, then secure the handle back onto the side band for storage.

Clean the burrs and body separately

The ceramic burrs can be removed and washed with water. Follow the included manual's disassembly order and keep track of all small parts. Let the burrs air dry completely before reassembling and adjusting the grind again.

We recommend removing grounds from the body and internal metal shaft with a dry brush, and wiping the exterior with a lightly damp soft cloth. Keep them dry. Wash only the removed ceramic burrs with water and avoid soaking the whole grinder. This model must not go in the dishwasher and is not suitable for heating.

Dispatch information

After payment is completed, we will deliver the item within 24 hours of the order collected on the working day. The product booking depends on the product replenishment time and is usually sent within 10-14 working days. If the product is booked for too long, guests can also apply for a refund from us within 15 working days from the date of purchase.

Shipping Information

All shipments are sent to "SF Express". Free shipping in Hong Kong (excluding remote areas or offshore islands) is allowed if the entire store spends an amount of HKD$500 or above. If the consumption amount is less than HKD$499, we will charge an additional HKD$30 as a shipping fee subsidy, without limiting quantity and weight. If you need to send it to another country or region, please contact us to discuss shipping methods. You can also choose to collect your goods from our Yuen Long Studio.

Exchange & Refund Policy

After receiving the goods, please check the contents of the goods immediately. If the customer finds the product damaged (excluding the packaging box) within 72 hours after the product is collected, and the damage is not caused by the customer, please contact the Coffee Stage as soon as possible to arrange the replacement.
