A Coordinated Pour-Over System The package brings together five core components for the pour-over workflow: a drip stand, dripper, server, pouring kettle and paper filters. Their dimensions and intended uses have been selected to work together, reducing the number of separate compatibility decisions for a first setup. It remains important to confirm the current package contents and choose a separate grinder, scale and water-heating method if needed.

Solid-Wood and Brass Drip Stand (Wood & Brass) At the centre of the set, the drip stand uses a North American black-walnut base and support with brass connecting and adjustment parts. The dripper ring height can be adjusted for different servers or mugs within the stand's physical clearance. Natural wood grain and brass patina vary between units and over time.

Dripper and Server (Classic & Practical Pairing) The set includes an A27 ceramic dripper and 500ml heat-resistant glass server. The A27 has a conical body, while the clear server makes the brewed volume visible. Preheat the ceramic carefully, confirm the server is free of chips or cracks, and remember that extraction and flavour depend on the full recipe.

Stainless-Steel Pouring Kettle The included 600ml stainless-steel kettle has a narrow gooseneck spout for controlled pouring. It is a transfer and pouring kettle, not a stove-top or induction kettle: heat water separately, then pour it into this kettle. Hot water and metal surfaces can cause burns; keep the handle secure and do not overfill. Its simple finish is designed to coordinate with the drip stand and the other components.
- Paper Filters Included A pack of paper filters sized for the Holzklotz A27 dripper is included in the source package listing. This lets you begin once you have coffee beans, a grinder if required, a scale, and separately heated water. Confirm the current filter quantity and package contents before ordering.

Delivery needs to be informed
After payment is completed, we will deliver the item within 24 hours of the order collected on the working day. The product booking depends on the product replenishment time and is usually sent within 10-14 working days. If the product is booked for too long, guests can also apply for a refund from us within 15 working days from the date of purchase.
Delivery information
All shipments are sent to "SF Express". Free shipping in Hong Kong (excluding remote areas or offshore islands) is allowed if the entire store spends an amount of HKD$500 or above. If the consumption amount is less than HKD$499, we will charge an additional HKD$30 as a shipping fee subsidy, without limiting quantity and weight. If you need to send it to another country or region, please contact us to discuss shipping methods. You can also choose to collect your goods from our Yuen Long Studio.
Exchange/refund policy
After receiving the goods, please check the contents of the goods immediately. If the customer finds the product damaged (excluding the packaging box) within 72 hours after the product is collected, and the damage is not caused by the customer, please contact the Coffee Stage as soon as possible to arrange the replacement.
