The Kalita SG-101/SG-102 Series Hasami coffee dripper is made from unglazed stoneware. Its porous ceramic structure is intended to support even water flow, while the material retains heat during brewing. The traditional Hasami-ware production and natural surface give each dripper a restrained, tactile appearance for a home kitchen or coffee bar.
Japanese Hasami-ware Craftsmanship
Hasami ware is a long-established ceramic tradition from Hasami in Nagasaki Prefecture. The Kalita SG-101/SG-102 Series stoneware drippers are made in Japan using this production tradition and finished by experienced craftspeople.
Unglazed Stoneware
The Kalita SG-101/SG-102 Series stoneware Hasami dripper is left unglazed to retain the natural texture of the material. Its porous ceramic body and heat-retaining properties are intended to support a stable pour-over brewing temperature.
Benefits of the Dripper Design
This series uses a carefully considered dripper form. The porous ceramic structure is designed to help water pass evenly through the coffee bed. Its tapered form also helps maintain an even bed during brewing; final extraction depends on grind, dose and pouring technique. The outlet design is intended to support a consistent water-flow rate and distribution during brewing.
Heat-retaining Material
Stoneware retains heat well, helping reduce temperature change while the coffee is being brewed and served.

Delivery needs to be informed
After payment is completed, we will deliver the item within 24 hours of the order collected on the working day. The product booking depends on the product replenishment time and is usually sent within 10-14 working days. If the product is booked for too long, guests can also apply for a refund from us within 15 working days from the date of purchase.
Shipping Information
All shipments are sent to "SF Express". Free shipping in Hong Kong (excluding remote areas or offshore islands) is allowed if the entire store spends an amount of HKD$500 or above. If the consumption amount is less than HKD$499, we will charge an additional HKD$30 as a shipping fee subsidy, without limiting quantity and weight. If you need to send it to another country or region, please contact us to discuss shipping methods. You can also choose to collect your goods from our Yuen Long Studio.
Exchange & Refund Policy
After receiving the goods, please check the contents of the goods immediately. If the customer finds the product damaged (excluding the packaging box) within 72 hours after the product is collected, and the damage is not caused by the customer, please contact the Coffee Stage as soon as possible to arrange the replacement. Reports after 72 hours of delay will not be accepted. You can also go to the following page to view the detailed exchange policy/refund policy of our store.
