Product introduction

The Kalita Stick Milk Frother uses a battery-powered whisk head to froth milk in a cup, suited to everyday coffee with milk foam or milk tea. Froth the milk before adding it to your prepared drink, keeping brewing and frothing as two simple steps.

The double-tier whisk head rotates through the milk to form foam in the cup. Watch the foam as you adjust the position of the head in the milk. Kalita's demonstration in collaboration with Morinaga Creap also uses this model for foamy drinks, offering ideas for everyday pairings beyond coffee.

The body has a diameter of 23mm and uses two AAA alkaline batteries, so no power cord is needed for tabletop use. A dedicated stand is included for upright storage after cleaning and drying. Its height on the stand is 265mm, so check your shelf clearance before choosing.

Use and cleaning

Frothing milk

1. Insert two AAA alkaline batteries, checking the positive and negative terminals against the battery-compartment markings.
2. Put milk in a tall cup, leaving room for the foam to expand after frothing.
3. Put the whisk head into the milk before switching it on. Move it slowly up and down while watching the foam, keeping the head below the surface to avoid splashing milk.
4. Switch it off first when finished, wait for the head to stop rotating before removing it from the cup, then add the frothed milk to your drink.

Cleaning and storage

Switch off after use, wash the whisk head that contacts the milk, and dry the exterior. Keep water out of the battery-powered body during cleaning and do not immerse the whole unit. Once the whisk head is dry, return it to the dedicated stand.

Batteries are sold separately. The included dedicated stand measures 35×55×130mm, and the overall height with the frother on the stand is 265mm.
