Kalita & TSUBAME WDC-185 Copper Dripper Product Introduction:
This product, launched in collaboration between KALITA and Tsubame, is the top choice for coffee professionals. It features a three-hole drip design for faster filtration and to avoid off-flavors. Its stainless steel and copper materials can quickly conduct heat, reducing coffee changes during brewing and minimizing off-flavors caused by temperature variations. This product is made in Japan's renowned stainless steel production area by Japanese craftsmen. The metal material is durable and acid-resistant. This product comes with a special 20-piece cupcake-shaped filter paper to reduce the contact area between the filter paper and coffee. Its simple craftsmanship and delicate texture, combined with elegant and classic practicality, make it irresistible.

FAQs
Delivery needs to be informed
After payment is completed, we will deliver the item within 24 hours of the order collected on the working day. The product booking depends on the product replenishment time and is usually sent within 10-14 working days. If the product is booked for too long, guests can also apply for a refund from us within 15 working days from the date of purchase.
Delivery information
All shipments are sent to "SF Express". Free shipping in Hong Kong (excluding remote areas or offshore islands) is allowed if the entire store spends an amount of HKD$500 or above. If the consumption amount is less than HKD$499, we will charge an additional HKD$30 as a shipping fee subsidy, without limiting quantity and weight. If you need to send it to another country or region, please contact us to discuss shipping methods. You can also choose to collect your goods from our Yuen Long Studio.
Exchange/refund policy
After receiving the goods, please check the contents of the goods immediately. If the customer finds the product damaged (excluding the packaging box) within 72 hours after the product is collected, and the damage is not caused by the customer, please contact the Coffee Stage as soon as possible to arrange the replacement. Reports after 72 hours of delay will not be accepted. You can also go to the following page to view the detailed exchange policy/refund policy of our store.
