Product Introduction

Created through a collaboration between KALITA and Tsubame, this product is a top choice for coffee professionals. Its three-hole design filters faster while avoiding unwanted flavours. Stainless steel and copper conduct heat quickly, reducing brewing variables and off-flavours caused by temperature changes. Handmade by Japanese craftspeople in a renowned stainless-steel manufacturing region, the metal construction is strong, durable and acid-resistant. Dedicated 20-pleat cake-shaped paper filters reduce contact between the paper and coffee. Simple craftsmanship and a fine finish combine elegance with practicality.

  • Three-Hole Drip Design:Reduces coffee lingering in the bottom gap, preventing unwanted flavours and improving the extracted coffee’s taste.
  • Copper Heat Conduction:Efficient heat transfer provides more balanced brewing and cleaner flavour without preheating the brewer.
  • Handmade by Japanese Craftspeople:Carrying on Japanese craftsmanship, every dripper is a work of art.

Coffee Stage - Sharing Cup
Enhances the Sweetness and Aroma

I’ve been using this sharing cup for my single-origin filter coffee, and it has genuinely enhanced the drinking experience. The wide, flared shape seems to concentrate and amplify the coffee’s aroma, making each sip more expressive. I also find that the coffee tastes noticeably sweeter, with better clarity and balance.

The deep blue glaze is beautiful and gives the cup a handcrafted, premium feel. It’s comfortable to hold, and the size is just right for enjoying a carefully brewed cup of coffee. A wonderful piece for anyone who enjoys specialty coffee and appreciates ceramics that combine aesthetics with functionality.
