Latest experience of Fellow brand coffee equipment

The next thing I want to introduce is Fellow’s Stagg EKG PRO hand brewing kettle. This pot excels in both texture and functionality. Especially the automatic heating function, which surprised me the next day when I used it (my other brewista did not have automatic heating before)
The other issue you are most concerned about is the water column. I think it is actually very stable, and it can achieve large water columns. But because I added nearly 1 liter of water this morning, it was basically full and almost poured out, causing the water column to become unstable due to too much water (later I found out not to fill too much water (500-700ml) Capacity, water injection water column performance will be better) It will take some time to practice for the time being. Because I have basically never used this Fellow Stagg EKG PRO before, so I will use it for a few days to get the feel of it and then report back to you.

Fellow Shimmy coffee sifter - a new experience in clean coffee bean flavor
The Fellow Shimmy sifter is the sifter I decided to try after being influenced by my coffee friends. After my first use, I immediately understood the true meaning of the word "clean." It gives hand-brewed coffee a clear texture, which is obviously different from ordinary coffee.
The official label requires shaking for 30 seconds, but I think it will greatly reduce the level of coffee bean flavor. In fact, the flavor is too "clean", so 15 seconds would be a better choice. The level will be slightly preserved without losing the clean feeling.
