After completing the payment, we will ship the goods within 24 hours after receiving the order on working days. Pre-ordered products will be shipped within 10-14 working days depending on the restocking time. If the pre-order time is too long, customers can also request a refund within 15 working days from the date of purchase.

All shipped goods are selected "SF Express". Free shipping is available for all store purchases over HKD$500 (excluding remote areas or outlying islands). If the purchase amount is below HKD$499, we will charge an additional HKD$30 as a shipping subsidy, regardless of quantity and weight. Exchange/Refund Policy
