Suitable Use
For users who prefer a richer moka coffee and want to brew on a cooktop. The classic 2-cup model suits smaller servings; the 4-cup model suits sharing or a larger serving. Only the Brikka Induction 4-cup model can be used directly on induction; the other models require a suitable adapter plate.

Use, Cleaning & Safety
How to Use
- Add the recommended water amount for the selected model without exceeding the safety valve.
- Loosely fill the funnel with coffee grounds suited to a moka pot; do not tamp.
- Lock the chambers and heat over medium-low heat; keep the flame within the base.
- Remove from heat when coffee finishes flowing, stir and pour into a cup.
Cleaning & Care
Hand wash only. Once completely cool, separate the chambers, funnel and gasket, rinse with water and dry thoroughly. Do not use a dishwasher or strong cleaners.
Notes
- Do not heat empty or use excessive heat; avoid touching the metal body during use.
- “Cup” is a moka-pot size unit and does not equal a standard coffee-cup capacity.
- When using an adapter plate, follow both the adapter and cooktop instructions.

Delivery needs to be informed
After payment is completed, we will deliver the item within 24 hours of the order collected on the working day. The product booking depends on the product replenishment time and is usually sent within 10-14 working days. If the product is booked for too long, guests can also apply for a refund from us within 15 working days from the date of purchase.
Shipping Information
All shipments are sent to "SF Express". Free shipping in Hong Kong (excluding remote areas or offshore islands) is allowed if the entire store spends an amount of HKD$500 or above. If the consumption amount is less than HKD$499, we will charge an additional HKD$30 as a shipping fee subsidy, without limiting quantity and weight. If you need to send it to another country or region, please contact us to discuss shipping methods. You can also choose to collect your goods from our Yuen Long Studio.
Exchange & Refund Policy
After receiving the goods, please check the contents of the goods immediately. If the customer finds the product damaged (excluding the packaging box) within 72 hours after the product is collected, and the damage is not caused by the customer, please contact the Coffee Stage as soon as possible to arrange the replacement. Reports after 72 hours of delay will not be accepted. You can also go to the following page to view the detailed exchange policy/refund policy of our store.
