Product introduction
Filter-in Kyusu lets leaves open directly in the pot, with a removable mesh filter holding them back as you pour. Its transparent PCT resin Tritan body shows the tea colour and is lighter and less prone to breaking than glass, helping reduce the effort of handling a teapot every day.
The oval body is easy to store and the spout makes pouring straightforward. Remove the filter after brewing to clear the leaves and wash the mesh. The body and lid are PCT resin; the mesh filter is polypropylene.
Crystal (plain) and Asanoha both have a practical capacity of 450 mL and identical dimensions, differing in pattern. Both have a crystalline texture on the lower section. Each includes the body, lid and removable mesh filter.

Use and cleaning
Put leaves in the pot, add water at a temperature suited to the tea, then fit the lid and mesh filter after steeping and pour.
After use, discard the leaves and remove the mesh filter. Wash the body, lid and mesh separately. Dishwasher safe; dry before reassembling.

Delivery needs to be informed
After payment is completed, we will deliver the item within 24 hours of the order collected on the working day. The product booking depends on the product replenishment time and is usually sent within 10-14 working days. If the product is booked for too long, guests can also apply for a refund from us within 15 working days from the date of purchase.
Shipping Information
All shipments are sent to "SF Express". Free shipping in Hong Kong (excluding remote areas or offshore islands) is allowed if the entire store spends an amount of HKD$500 or above. If the consumption amount is less than HKD$499, we will charge an additional HKD$30 as a shipping fee subsidy, without limiting quantity and weight. If you need to send it to another country or region, please contact us to discuss shipping methods. You can also choose to collect your goods from our Yuen Long Studio.
Exchange & Refund Policy
After receiving the goods, please check the contents of the goods immediately. If the customer finds the product damaged (excluding the packaging box) within 72 hours after the product is collected, and the damage is not caused by the customer, please contact the Coffee Stage as soon as possible to arrange the replacement. Reports after 72 hours of delay will not be accepted. You can also go to the following page to view the detailed exchange policy/refund policy of our store.
