HARIO V60 SUIREN Assemble-It-Yourself Dripper | 4 Styles

Product Introduction

V60 SUIREN uses 12 removable spiral ribs to form a dripper for brewing 1–4 cups with V60 02 cone-shaped filter papers. It suits those who enjoy V60 pouring and want to create their own colour combination or take the dripper apart for storage.

Spiral ribs support the paper filter

SUIREN turns the classic V60’s spiral ribs into separate parts. The ribs spread from the fixing ring into a cone that supports the paper filter and coffee grounds. Open spaces between the ribs let you see the filter and the flow through the coffee bed. Adjust your recipe through grind size, coffee amount and pouring rhythm.

The ring connects the 12 ribs, while the dripper holder provides a support surface over your cup. The holder makes it easier to place the dripper securely on cups with a small opening. For a server that supports the dripper securely, the holder can be removed and the dripper placed directly on top.

A complete set in your choice of colours

Transparent Black, Black and White, Tricolour and Rainbow each include 12 ribs, a ring and a dripper holder. The structure and matching paper filters are the same for every version; the main difference is the colour combination. You can also combine the SUIREN six-rib packs to create your own arrangement later.

Use and Cleaning

Assembly and Brewing

1. Arrange the 12 ribs in your chosen colour order. Fit them one by one into the slots on the SUIREN ring, checking that every rib is fully seated to form the complete dripper.
2. Place the dripper on its holder and set it securely on a coffee cup or server. If using it directly on a server without the holder, first check that the server opening supports the ring securely.
3. Fold a V60 02 filter along its seam, place it in the dripper and wet it with hot water. Discard the rinse water.
4. Add ground coffee, wet the coffee bed evenly and let it bloom. Continue pouring in circles following your V60 recipe, then remove the dripper after the coffee drains.

Cleaning and Storage

Let the dripper cool, then remove the paper and grounds. Wash with a soft sponge, neutral detergent and water, rinse and air-dry. SUIREN is dishwasher-safe; place any separated small parts securely. The ribs can be removed individually for storage. Follow the slots when fitting or removing them, and avoid twisting them by force.
