The Kalita 101 is a classic ceramic dripper made in Japan. Its ceramic body is durable and easy to clean, while the fan-shaped profile and interior ribs support an even flow through the coffee bed. Distinctive fan shape and ribs: Pronounced internal ribs and drainage channels support the paper filter and encourage a steady flow. The fan-shaped bed helps water meet the grounds evenly, reducing the heavy taste that can result when the drawdown is too slow.

Carefully selected material and firing: Made with Amakusa porcelain stone associated with Amakusa, Kumamoto, and fired at approximately 1300℃. The resulting ceramic has a fine, smooth feel, subtle translucency and good heat retention, while the dense surface is less prone to coffee staining.

Practical brewing details: Three drainage holes help filter sediment and reduce the time brewed coffee remains between the paper and the base. Clearly defined ribs help the paper sit securely, while four raised points inside the base reduce the chance of an air lock and keep the flow moving.

Delivery needs to be informed
After payment is completed, we will deliver the item within 24 hours of the order collected on the working day. The product booking depends on the product replenishment time and is usually sent within 10-14 working days. If the product is booked for too long, guests can also apply for a refund from us within 15 working days from the date of purchase.
Shipping Information
All shipments are sent to "SF Express". Free shipping in Hong Kong (excluding remote areas or offshore islands) is allowed if the entire store spends an amount of HKD$500 or above. If the consumption amount is less than HKD$499, we will charge an additional HKD$30 as a shipping fee subsidy, without limiting quantity and weight. If you need to send it to another country or region, please contact us to discuss shipping methods. You can also choose to collect your goods from our Yuen Long Studio.
Exchange & Refund Policy
After receiving the goods, please check the contents of the goods immediately. If the customer finds the product damaged (excluding the packaging box) within 72 hours after the product is collected, and the damage is not caused by the customer, please contact the Coffee Stage as soon as possible to arrange the replacement.
