Product introduction
The HARIO V60 02 white ceramic set brings together an Arita ware dripper, a 600 mL glass server, a measuring scoop and paper filters. It suits anyone who likes the feel of porcelain and wants a coordinated set for daily pour-over coffee. The white dripper matches the server handle and lid, and brewing takes place directly on the server.
The set uses the VDC-02W ceramic dripper, made in the Japanese Arita ware tradition. The V60 cone shape forms a deeper bed of grounds; spiral ribs leave air channels outside the paper filter, and the large bottom hole allows grind and pouring rhythm to play a part in brewing adjustments.
The dripper is for 1–4 cups, and the server has a practical capacity of 600 mL. After brewing, remove the dripper and fit the lid to serve. The heatproof glass body keeps the coffee volume in view, and the handle makes it easy to lift and pour.
A measuring scoop and 100 V60 size 02 natural paper filters are included. For refills, choose cone-shaped paper filters of the same size. The server can go in the microwave with its lid on, making brewed coffee easy to warm.

Use and cleaning
How to brew
- Before first use, wash the dripper and server. Place the server on a stable tabletop and position the ceramic dripper securely on top.
- Fold a V60 size 02 paper filter along its seam and place it in the dripper. Add medium-fine ground coffee and level the bed.
- Pour a little hot water from the centre to wet the grounds evenly, then allow them to bloom for about 30 seconds.
- Pour in circles from the centre outwards, avoiding pouring directly onto the paper. Keep the coffee dose the same, then adjust the grind and pouring rhythm for your beans.
- After drawdown, remove the ceramic dripper and serve the coffee from the server. To warm it in a microwave, place only the server inside; its lid may stay on.
Cleaning and storage
Remove the used paper filter and grounds. Wash the ceramic dripper, server and lid with a soft sponge and a neutral dishwashing detergent, then rinse and drain. Avoid abrasive cleaning powders, metal brushes and knocking the pieces against each other.
The dripper and server are dishwasher safe; position them so they do not knock against other dishes. Dry thoroughly before storing, and keep paper filters in a dry place. The server is intended for hot drinks and microwave heating; do not heat it directly over a flame.
