Use and care

How to use

1. Fill the kettle to about seven to eight tenths, and do not overfill.
2. Heat on a gas stove and avoid high heat. If the stove grate does not support the kettle steadily, use it on a wire-mesh trivet.
3. After heating, hold the handle with an oven mitt or thick cloth, then pour slowly at the flow rate you want.
4. After use, let the kettle cool naturally before cleaning it.

Safety notes

• The handle becomes hot during heating; use heat protection.
• Avoid high heat so the base of the spout does not overheat and cause hot water to splash.
• If the kettle is not stable on the gas-stove grate, use it with a wire-mesh trivet.
• To prevent boiling over, keep the water at about seven to eight tenths of the kettle body.
• This product is not compatible with IH induction cooktops.
