Product information
The Wave Pot Leather is a kettle for pour-over use only. The official method is to boil the water in another vessel first, then transfer the hot water into the kettle. The brown cowhide cover wraps the body and handle, adding a warmer visual character to the metal body. This design suits people who enjoy the hands-on process of pour-over coffee and the appearance of their equipment.

Before first use
Remove the leather cover first, then wash the body with dish detergent and a soft sponge or cloth. Rinse and dry completely before putting the cover back on.
Cleaning and care
Genuine leather may transfer color when exposed to water or friction and must not be washed with water. If it gets wet, press gently with a dry cloth to absorb the moisture, then allow it to air-dry in a well-ventilated, shaded place. Keep the leather cover away from high humidity, flames and high heat; when it needs cleaning, remove it from the body first and use a leather cleaner.

Delivery needs to be informed
After payment is completed, we will deliver the item within 24 hours of the order collected on the working day. The product booking depends on the product replenishment time and is usually sent within 10-14 working days. If the product is booked for too long, guests can also apply for a refund from us within 15 working days from the date of purchase.
Shipping Information
All shipments are sent to "SF Express". Free shipping in Hong Kong (excluding remote areas or offshore islands) is allowed if the entire store spends an amount of HKD$500 or above. If the consumption amount is less than HKD$499, we will charge an additional HKD$30 as a shipping fee subsidy, without limiting quantity and weight. If you need to send it to another country or region, please contact us to discuss shipping methods. You can also choose to collect your goods from our Yuen Long Studio.
Exchange & Refund Policy
After receiving the goods, please check the contents of the goods immediately. If the customer finds the product damaged (excluding the packaging box) within 72 hours after the product is collected, and the damage is not caused by the customer, please contact the Coffee Stage as soon as possible to arrange the replacement. Reports after 72 hours of delay will not be accepted. You can also go to the following page to view the detailed exchange policy/refund policy of our store.
