Mazzer Omega Soft, a manual coffee grinder designed for coffee enthusiasts at home and on the move. Its machined steel and aluminium construction incorporates carbon fibre and neodymium magnets for a sturdy yet portable design. The conical burr supports consistent grinding across methods including French press, espresso and filter coffee.

The Mazzer Omega Soft uses advanced machining and carefully selected materials. A sturdy handle, lightweight structure and straightforward controls make the grinding workflow manageable. The Omega is offered in two configurations: OMEGA SOFT is designed to reduce the effort required to grind, while OMEGA FAST prioritises grinding speed.
- Sturdy Design and Premium Materials The Omega Soft combines precision-machined steel and aluminium with carbon fibre and neodymium magnets, balancing durability with a lightweight, portable format.
- Controlled Manual Grinding The 199C conical burr is designed to reduce grinding effort while supporting even particle distribution and repeatable extraction across different brewing methods.
- Ergonomic Design An ergonomic opening and quick-release knob make it easier to load coffee beans. Its lightweight format is also convenient for travel.
Flexible Grind Adjustment
The Mazzer Omega Soft has an external micro-adjustment ring covering settings from espresso to pour-over coffee. Indexed grind settings make it easier to identify and return to a preferred setting for repeatable preparation.

FAQs
Delivery needs to be informed
After payment is completed, we will deliver the item within 24 hours of the order collected on the working day. The product booking depends on the product replenishment time and is usually sent within 10-14 working days. If the product is booked for too long, guests can also apply for a refund from us within 15 working days from the date of purchase.
Shipping Information
All shipments are sent to "SF Express". Free shipping in Hong Kong (excluding remote areas or offshore islands) is allowed if the entire store spends an amount of HKD$500 or above. If the consumption amount is less than HKD$499, we will charge an additional HKD$30 as a shipping fee subsidy, without limiting quantity and weight. If you need to send it to another country or region, please contact us to discuss shipping methods. You can also choose to collect your goods from our Yuen Long Studio.
Exchange & Refund Policy
After receiving the goods, please check the contents of the goods immediately. If the customer finds the product damaged (excluding the packaging box) within 72 hours after the product is collected, and the damage is not caused by the customer, please contact the Coffee Stage as soon as possible to arrange the replacement. Reports after 72 hours of delay will not be accepted. You can also go to the following page to view the detailed exchange policy/refund policy of our store.
