Product information

The Cu Kettle pairs a copper body with a slender spout and comes in three full capacities: 600, 700 and 900mL. All three are made in Japan; 600mL suits smaller pours, 900mL leaves more room for water, and 700mL sits between them. Full capacity is the upper limit of the body, so leave room during actual use.

The 900mL model weighs 510g. The three models differ in full capacity and the area of the base in contact with the surface, so choose based on your usual pour volume and available space.

Use and care

The official designation for the 700 and 900mL models is for pour-over use only. Keep the water level around seven to eight tenths full to reduce spills. Use hot water boiled separately for pour-over coffee; before heating, check the suitable heat source in the included instructions.

The inside of the copper body is plated where it comes into contact with water, hot water and coffee liquid. If verdigris appears, remove it with equal parts vinegar and salt and a soft cloth or sponge, then wash with neutral dish detergent and dry thoroughly.

I’ve been using this sharing cup for my single-origin filter coffee, and it has genuinely enhanced the drinking experience. Delivery needs to be informed

After payment is completed, we will deliver the item within 24 hours of the order collected on the working day. The product booking depends on the product replenishment time and is usually sent within 10-14 working days. If the product is booked for too long, guests can also apply for a refund from us within 15 working days from the date of purchase.

Shipping Information

All shipments are sent to "SF Express". Free shipping in Hong Kong (excluding remote areas or offshore islands) is allowed if the entire store spends an amount of HKD$500 or above. If the consumption amount is less than HKD$499, we will charge an additional HKD$30 as a shipping fee subsidy, without limiting quantity and weight. If you need to send it to another country or region, please contact us to discuss shipping methods. You can also choose to collect your goods from our Yuen Long Studio.

Exchange & Refund Policy

After receiving the goods, please check the contents of the goods immediately. If the customer finds the product damaged (excluding the packaging box) within 72 hours after the product is collected, and the damage is not caused by the customer, please contact the Coffee Stage as soon as possible to arrange the replacement. Reports after 72 hours of delay will not be accepted. You can also go to the following page to view the detailed exchange policy/refund policy of our store.
