Kinu M47 Phoenix: Design and Materials
The Kinu M47 Phoenix combines stainless-steel load-bearing parts with food-grade ABS components to reduce weight and price. Its 47mm Black Fusion-treated conical steel burr set is designed for a broad grind range. Grind consistency still depends on calibration, coffee and user technique.
Stepless Grind Adjustment
The stepless top-adjustment system has 50 reference marks per rotation, with 0.01mm movement per mark. Kinu M47 Phoenix can be adjusted from fine espresso settings toward coarser pour-over ranges. These marks are repeatable references rather than preset recipes.
Portable and Easy to Maintain
Kinu M47 Phoenix is designed to be lighter than the all-metal Classic model. A fitted hard travel case is available separately. The grinder can be dismantled for routine cleaning without tools; follow the manufacturer guidance when removing the burr assembly.

Delivery needs to be informed
After payment is completed, we will deliver the item within 24 hours of the order collected on the working day. The product booking depends on the product replenishment time and is usually sent within 10-14 working days. If the product is booked for too long, guests can also apply for a refund from us within 15 working days from the date of purchase.
Shipping Information
All shipments are sent to "SF Express". Free shipping in Hong Kong (excluding remote areas or offshore islands) is allowed if the entire store spends an amount of HKD$500 or above. If the consumption amount is less than HKD$499, we will charge an additional HKD$30 as a shipping fee subsidy, without limiting quantity and weight. If you need to send it to another country or region, please contact us to discuss shipping methods. You can also choose to collect your goods from our Yuen Long Studio.
Exchange & Refund Policy
After receiving the goods, please check the contents of the goods immediately. If the customer finds the product damaged (excluding the packaging box) within 72 hours after the product is collected, and the damage is not caused by the customer, please contact the Coffee Stage as soon as possible to arrange the replacement.
