Cleaning & Care

After every extraction, empty the basket, rinse the metal parts of the portafilter and the basket with clean water, then use a brush to remove grounds from the group-head gasket. After frothing milk, wipe the steam wand with a soft cloth and purge a little steam to clear milk from the nozzle. Wipe the body with a soft cloth dampened with clean water. When soaking the portafilter's metal parts, keep the handle out of the water.
